To qualify for the 6-month money-back guarantee, you must:

Stay enrolled for at least 180 days, or 6 months

Take your medication weekly or daily as prescribed, with no refill request missing in your 6th month

Take pictures and videos bi-weekly of you taking the medication as prescribed

Have lost less than 5% of your starting body weight, with a BMI of 30 or higher

If you are on a plan with compounded medication, your refund covers your entire membership, including medication.
